7. ELIGIBILITY

If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction of residence, you may use the Services only with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Consistent with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), if we learn we have received information directly from a child under 13 without verified parental consent, we will use that information only to respond directly to the child (or their parent/guardian) to inform them they cannot use the Site and subsequently delete that information.
